TEB Lend
Terms and Conditions
Last updated September 15, 2026
1. TEB Lend
TEB Lend is a web interface for a peer-to-peer, fixed-term crypto lending book on Solana, available through this application (the “Service”).
The Service lets users post and fill borrow requests and lend bids, escrow collateral and credit tokens, repay, cancel unfilled offers, and claim collateral after a time-based default. Tokens move with transactions the user signs in their own Solana wallet (for example Phantom or Solflare).
TEB Lend is a limited interface. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and it is not the only way tokens can be transferred on Solana.
2. The user
By using the Service you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to them.
You agree to use the Service in line with the law in every jurisdiction that applies to you, and you bear the legal obligations that come with using it — including tax, reporting, and any licensing rules that apply to you.
You commit to use the Service ethically and not to take unfair advantage of other users, including by exploiting interface bugs, manipulating the book, or interfering with another user’s wallet or transactions.
You are responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, and every transaction you approve. TEB Lend cannot reverse a signed Solana transaction.
3. Don’t trust, verify
You should treat on-chain activity as source of truth. Before you sign, review the destination, mint, and amount in your wallet.
It is your responsibility to validate any transaction the Service asks you to sign. If a destination, amount, or program does not match what you intend, reject the signature.
4. How escrow works (important)
Unlike a fully trustless smart-contract escrow, collateral and protocol fees are held in an application-controlled Solana vault. The vault can only send tokens when the Service builds a release transaction (repay, cancel, default claim, or fee sweep).
While your tokens are in the vault they are not in your wallet. You rely on the Service to release them according to these terms: back to you if you repay or cancel an unfilled offer; to the lender if the loan reaches maturity unpaid; origination fees to the designated treasury.
This is not price-based liquidation. Default is time-based: if the borrower does not repay by the chosen duration, the lender may claim the escrowed collateral. The borrower keeps the credit tokens they already received.
5. Fees
The Service charges a 2% origination fee on the credit amount at funding. The borrower receives the listed amount minus that fee. Repayment is still the full listed principal plus the agreed interest.
Origination fees accrue in the vault in the borrowed token and may be swept only to the protocol treasury wallet configured in the Service.

6. Acknowledging the risks
The Service, Solana, wallets, RPCs, token programs (including Token-2022), price feeds, and related software are experimental. They may be unstable, unavailable, or behave in unexpected ways.
TEB Lend does not guarantee uptime. Markets can be empty. Prices used for LTV display can be wrong or stale.
You may lose tokens, including through smart-contract or token-extension behavior, wallet error, failed or stuck transactions, RPC faults, bugs, or if a borrower does not repay and collateral is claimed — or if a release cannot be completed.
You use the Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TEB Lend is not responsible for losses, costs, or missed opportunities arising from the Service, Solana, wallets, or third parties.
7. Licenses & IP
All rights in the TEB Lend interface, branding, and original content are reserved, except for third-party marks, token metadata, and open-source components used to run the Service.
Token names, logos, and tickers belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or rely on third parties, including Solana RPC providers, wallet extensions, Jupiter, DexScreener, Solscan, and TEB Staking. TEB Lend does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
9. Prohibited use and sanctions
You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law, including sanctions administered by the United States or other authorities.
You confirm you are not located in, resident of, or ordinarily resident in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the Donetsk, Luhansk, or Crimea regions of Ukraine, or any other comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not a sanctioned person.
You will not use a VPN or other method to evade that restriction.
You will not use the Service to launder funds, finance crime, or defraud other users.
10. No advice
Nothing in the Service is an offer to buy or sell securities, a loan commitment from TEB Lend itself, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Peer-to-peer loans are between users. Do your own research.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated in the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date below is the current version.
12. Contact
Questions about TEB Lend can be raised through the operators of this application. Connecting a wallet and using the book is your agreement to these terms.
